Gnomeo and Juliet: Review and Trailer
I wish I can say that I was dragged into seeing this by my girlfriend, whose own love for garden gnomes were instilled in her as a little girl, but the truth is I went into this film at 11:35am along with a theatre full of the parents of 7-year-olds and younger on my own accord. Had it not been for those mimosas served with the adequate helping of home-cooked bacon, pancakes and hash browns prior to entering the theatre I’m not sure I would have been able to stomach this brutal yet kid-friendly retelling of a Shakespeare classic.
