Ah yes, Scary Cow is coming to Castro.  Try saying that 10 times fast.  On February 13th, the community-based and community-financed local production company, Scary Cow, will be hosting its 13th film festival.  A film festival where you, the audience, decide which team of local filmmakers should get more funding based on their short film.  I’m pretty sure that no cows will be harmed during the festival, so come on down to the moo-vies and help support local independent filmmakers.  Who knows, maybe you’ll get one of those cool buttons too.
