i'm alright. It's just a flesh wound

After recently throwing my back out at work, I have been rendered bed floor ridden.  With nothing much to do except lay on the blanketed hard wood surface with my laptop and some magazines I figure now would be a good time to watch some films with characters in similar predicaments as mine.

If, for whatever reason, you happen to be immobile as well, perhaps these films will help you feel a little bit better about your situation, I know they’re helping me.  Let this list of films serve as a reminder that no matter how bad off you have it that there is a rather high chance your situation is not nearly as tragic as these poor victims of circumstance.
