Recently, San Francisco’s Bridge theatre hosted a week-long anime festival highlighting the best of the best that Japan’s Studio Ghibli had to offer. Though I missed these screenings, I was still able to see many of the films the following week just across the bay at Berkeley’s California Theatre, where the festival extended for an extra few weeks.
