Being that Mother’s Day was last month I thought a good poll would be to find out what most people’s favorite movie was that contained the word “mom”, “mother”, “mama”, or “momma” in the title. The winner, which also happens to be one of my all-time favorite 1980s’ movies, was Throw Momma From The Train, which racked up 25% of the votes. I think the biggest surprise for me was seeing John waters‘ Serial Mom finish second to last, which just barely beat out the animated flop, Mars Needs Moms. To add further insult to Waters’ cult classic, Mars Needs Moms was the only movie on the poll unable to gather a single vote. Check out the complete poll results after the jump.
